Production Process
Hot Foil Stamping
Hot foil stamping adds a sophisticated metallic finish to Vodka labels; gold and silver foil can highlight the brand name, logo, and key design elements.
The reflective metallic finish enhances shelf displays in retail lighting and bar settings, making the bottles stand out more.
Combined with both matte and glossy lamination to enhance the texture of the metal foil and make the gold and silver details more prominent.
Matte Lamination
A matte laminate creates a non-reflective surface that reduces glare and improves text readability. It also gives the Vodka labels a understated and elegant texture. Making the black on the label appear deeper and the gold more striking.
Meanwhile, it provides an extra layer of protection. It resists visible fingerprints from water, everyday handling, feels smoother to the touch, and enhances durability.
Triple Protection for Waterproofing
To store vodka that is served chilled, it is typically placed in an ice bucket. The condensation on the bottle forms continuously and thus the label is in a high humidity environment with constant formation of dew, which can cause damage to the label in the form of wrinkles, peeling off or even smudged text. To ensure our custom vodka labels are practical as well as looking great, our labels have triple waterproof protection:
- Face stock is made from non-absorbent material like PET, different from normal paper labels, which will not absorb water and become soft or even torn in humid environments.
- The surface is coated with a transparent film like a raincoat. This stops ice water and condensation from coming through while firmly holding the ink to prevent smudge or bleed.
- These durable vodka labels are designed to pair with water-resistant water-based or oil-based adhesives to resist peeling or flagging even after repeated exposure to moisture.
