Product Introduction

Visual Tilt Detection
Tilt indicator labels indicate when a package has been titled beyond a predetermined angle allowing for the detection of improper handling while loading, unloading, storing and moving goods.
Shipment Handling Protection
Tilt indicator labels on cartons, crates and shipping containers help notify people of possible damage of sensitive articles during transport, if they are being handled in an inappropriate manner.
Quality Control & Accountability
Visible tilt warnings enable receiving departments to check shipments for possible damage, record potential harm, andtrack any possible damage during distribution as well as communicate with suppliers and monitor quality.
Product Introduction
Production Process
Irreversible Red Activation for Shipment Monitoring
Each label comes with a clear circular viewing window filled with special red sensing material.
When goods are kept upright within the safe tilt range during shipping, the window stays unchanged. Once the package tilts beyond the preset angle or flips over, the internal material flows into the viewing area and turns the window bright red.
Most importantly, the red alert status is permanent and irreversible. Even if the package is placed upright again, the indicator will not reset. This obvious color change clearly records improper handling, tilt overages or overturn incidents during transit.
It helps warehouse and receiving teams quickly identify abnormal shipments, check for potential damage, and complete quality inspection and freight claim assessments. You can select customized trigger angles to match your product characteristics and logistics standards for reliable transportation monitoring.

Quick Visual Checks Without Scanning
Easy Status Recognition: The visible indicator window allows personnel to check activation status directly without barcode scanners, electronic readers, or dedicated monitoring software.
Efficient Workflows: Simplify routine checks during receiving, warehouse transfers, and shipment handovers.
Support for Receiving & Damage Assessment
Incoming Goods Inspection: Help receiving teams identify packages that may need closer examination before goods are accepted, unpacked, or transferred to inventory.
Incident Documentation: Indicator status can be photographed and recorded alongside shipment details to support claims review and communication with logistics providers.
Strategic Placement for Better Visibility
Visible Positioning: Place the indicator on an easily inspected surface of the outer package so handlers and receiving teams can check its status without unnecessary unpacking.
Application Planning: Choose the mounting position according to package orientation, handling procedures, and the indicator manufacturer’s installation instructions.
