Ultra-Destructible Eggshell Vinyl

Egg‑shell Fragile Paper is a special self‑adhesive material combining anti‑counterfeiting features and premium tactile quality. It gets its name from its “tears immediately upon peeling and cannot be restored” property, resembling broken eggshells.

In terms of physical performance, the face stock features much lower tensile strength than the bonding strength of the adhesive. Once applied onto an item surface, the label cannot be peeled off intact. This effectively prevents malicious label replacement and re‑use.

Meanwhile, its surface delivers fine granular texture similar to natural eggshell with a smooth, gentle touch and strong artistic appeal. Destructible labels (often called “eggshell stickers”) are crafted with an ultra-brittle facestock that has extremely low tensile strength combined with a strong permanent acrylic adhesive. Because the adhesive bond is far stronger than the label material itself, any attempt to lift or peel the label causes it to break into tiny fragments, making clean removal impossible.

Can a destructible label be peeled off and re-applied without damage?
