Production Process
Custom Printing & Die-Cutting
Your artwork, logos or brand graphics are printed onto the sticky side of a suitable sticker material. All color matching, fine detail work and material selection is carried out before the stickers are coated with epoxy resin.
Your printed stickers are then cut to size and shape using a precision die-cutting service to ensure smooth edges and accurate dimensions for resin doming.
Epoxy Resin Doming & Curing
We use a clear epoxy resin that we spread over the printed stickers. Surface tension causes the resin to form a dome on the sticker surface. This dome gives extra depth to the colors andmakes the stickers look more glossy and 3D-like.
The coated products are then cured in a controlled environment and the resin dries to form a clear protective surface. This surface protects against scratches and wear whilst giving logos and graphics a quality premium appearance.
Each batch of coatings is inspected for clarity, surface quality,bubbles and general appearance in order to ensure the highest quality for branding, promotional, electronic, identification products etc.
